Happy Birthday Michael Jay ;)!!

What a great day! Avenue Bread for breaky and then we ended up going kayaking on Lake Whatcom and just hangin out. My friends Anna and Rachael were in the other double kayak and we all ended up exploring a small island :). Supppper fun stuff. We then went to REI and got him some new kicks. Then for dinner we went to his parents house where his mom cooked us some salmon, corn on the cob, taters, salad, and wine. Soooo yummy. His mom even brought the candles out with some cake. (Super cute) After that we went to my house and played some pool and had some beers. All in all it was a very relaxing day.  Cheers!

Some people say home is where the heart is...I say that is very very true. My heart is also in a lot of other spots but when it all comes down to it, it is Washington state. I have been back from a while now and I can say that I am having the greatest time. Life is good.

I was soooo scared to make my way back to Washington because of the stress I was about to put myself through. Having no job, no car, no place to put all of my belongings, and no place to stay. But what I can say is that it all worked out. From the time I got home till now I have accomplished to buy myself a scooter, put all of my belongings in storage, find a job, and move into the sweetest spot on the block ;).  I am so happy about life and being back in Washington. I missed the ocean and the trees soooooo soooo much. Everything is green here and that is definitely the way it should be.

Lots of things have been going on and I am so stoked on it all. I have been painting, making pottery, making art with charcoal and pastels, working on the garden, hanging out with old friends, and so much more.

 I can not wait until it gets really nice out and I get to swim and do summer stuffs. But I can tell that is is just around the corner ;)
