So a few of us went out to Mine Mountain and pretty much bush whacked through trees, devils club, and a ton of bushes. Once we got through all of the bushes it was amazing! Climbing, hiking, running, chasing mountain goats, boulder pushing, the boys even went for a dip, and so much more. Not to often do we have nice weather here in Skagway and the sun was out this day. I was able to wear a tank top! I love exploring and that is exactly what we did. We went to the other side of the mountain and hiked down to an area where there were two mines. Not huge in size but we brought our head lamps so we could go inside. All in all it was a great day :) I love Alaska!!!
